Has spruce top and maple back, spirit varnished, with ebony fingerboard.
The violin is fitted with ebony chinrest, Wittner tailpiece and Thomastic Dominant (for size 4/4) or Pirastro Tonica (for sizes 3/4 and 1/2) strings.
